On Beautiful Big St. Germain Lake In The Northwoods

Enjoy this 2 bedroom, 2 bath private home, overlooking level sand frontage and the island on beautiful Big St. Germain Lake. Island View offers a fully equipped kitchen with an open-concept living area with floor to ceiling windows. A breathtaking view of the lake is what you will see from the deck or the large three season porch. And, of course, a cozy stone fireplace makes this vacation retreat complete.

Upper Level

You will find beautiful wood floors throughout the main living area and vaulted ceilings. There are 2 single beds in each bedroom. It also offers 1 full bath.

Lower Level--Walk Out

The lower level is a walk out with a family room and 1 full bath. From here you can walk down to the level sand beach to enjoy Big St. Germain Lake.

Accomodations:

Bed linens are provided, but not personal products, towels, or bathroom supplies. Pets ARE NOT permitted.

Resort Rules
DURATION:
Private home rental periods must be at least three days. During Christmas and New Years holidays, and Snowmobile Derby week, only weekly rentals are available.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
Weekly rentals are from Sunday evening to the following Sunday morning.
Check-in time is 4pm.
Check-out time is 9am.
Other times are available by prior arrangement only.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT:
A deposit of $350 (or the total rental price, if it is less) is required to confirm a reservation.
The remaining balance of the rental charge is due on the starting date of the reservation, payable only in cash or by check.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A security deposit of $300 may be secured with a valid credit card number.
You will not be charged unless there is damage to the property.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations received at least 2 weeks prior to reservation date will receive a refund of 1/2 the rental deposit, provided that the home is re-booked by another party for the entire duration of the original reservation period. None of the rental deposit will be refunded for cancellations made with less than 2 weeks notice. If a cancellation is not made before the starting date of your reservation, you may be required to pay the full rental charge!
REFUNDS:
There are no refunds for any portion of the rental charge due to early departures.
