An Executive Year-Round Vacation Home on Leisure Time Resort

Enjoy this spacious 5 bedroom, 3 bath retreat. Relax on the large screened-in porch, surrounded by virgin pines, overlooking beautiful Big. St. Germain Lake.

The Lodge features an open-concept living area with vaulted ceilings throughout the upper level.  The wood burning stove and fireplace will ensure a warm evening.  Other amenities include: washer/dryer, dishwasher, game room with pool table, and color cable TV with a DVD player.

Accomodations:

The upper Level boasts three bedrooms. The largest, the Master Family Suite, features a king-sized bed, a full bed, and a private bath. The Moose Room includes two single beds, and the Bear Room includes one double bed.

The lower level, a walk-out basement, includes two bedrooms, with one queen bed, one full bed, and one single bed.  Also included is a fully equipped kitchen, one full bath, and a fireplace.

Bed linens are provided, but personal products and towels are not included. Pets ARE NOT permitted.

Resort Rules
DURATION:
Private home rental periods must be at least three days. During Christmas and New Years holidays, and Snowmobile Derby week, only weekly rentals are available.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
Weekly rentals are from Sunday evening to the following Sunday morning.
Check-in time is 4pm.
Check-out time is 9am.
Other times are available by prior arrangement only.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT:
A deposit of $350 (or the total rental price, if it is less) is required to confirm a reservation.
The remaining balance of the rental charge is due on the starting date of the reservation, payable only in cash or by check.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A security deposit of $300 may be secured with a valid credit card number.
You will not be charged unless there is damage to the property.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations received at least 2 weeks prior to reservation date will receive a refund of 1/2 the rental deposit, provided that the home is re-booked by another party for the entire duration of the original reservation period. None of the rental deposit will be refunded for cancellations made with less than 2 weeks notice. If a cancellation is not made before the starting date of your reservation, you may be required to pay the full rental charge!
REFUNDS:
There are no refunds for any portion of the rental charge due to early departures.
